Return Policy

Return Authorisation

  • All returns to C-Force require a Return Authorisation Number (RAN).
  • You can request a RAN by sending an email to sales@c-force.co.nz. Goods returned to C-Force without a relevant RAN will be rejected and returned with freight at your own cost.

Sample Returns

  • All samples are to be received within 21 business days from the invoice date. Samples received outside of this time frame will not be accepted and will render a void RAN.
  • Samples must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Freight on samples being returned to C-Force are at your own cost.
  • Showroom samples are non-returnable.
  •  All returns are at your own risk and C-Force will not claim liability for any damages that occur during delivery transit.

Goods Return

  • Customers must notify C-Force and receive a RAN prior to returning goods. All return requests are to be made within 21 business days of the invoice date.
  • Return requests for defective, non-ordered, or over-supplied goods are to be made within 5 business day of receiving your goods. These goods must be returned to C-Force within 10 working days from the issued RAN date. This includes all goods going to a third party.
  • When returning goods, please include the invoice pertaining to that order. The goods are to be in its original condition (unbranded) and in a re-sellable manner or they will not be accepted by C-Force.
  • Customers and their third parties are responsible for checking all items upon receiving goods before making any alterations or branding.
  • There are no returns or credit for discounted and clearance items.
  • All claims will be investigated by C-Force quality control and production departments who have the final decision to approve or deny the claim.
